  • What is MightyBot?

    MightyBot is an AI chatbot builder that utilizes your data for responses. Upload data, use cloud storage, provide URLs for scraping, or enter text directly. Embed the chatbot on your website or integrate with Slack.

  • Did you develop the software?

    We wish we could take credit, but no, we didn't develop the software ourselves. We've licensed the platform from the good people at GPT-Trainer. Our license agreement with them allows us to offer this service to non-profits and small to medium-sized businesses.

  • Where is the data stored?

    As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we store your data online using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Oregon, USA.

  • Does the chatbot support languages?

    Supports over 95 languages through OpenAI's GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 models.

  • What types of data can I train the chatbot on?

    Accepts various text formats (.pdf, .docx, .txt, .md, .tex, .csv, .xlsx, .xls), URLs for text scraping, or direct text entries.

  • What AI Models are available?

    Features GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4, with future plans to include more models like Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.

  • Can I share my chatbot on multiple sites?

    Yes, you have the flexibility to integrate the chatbot on your own website as well as on websites owned by others. You are free to distribute the chatbot publicly to anyone you choose. However, please be aware that the usage of all chatbots will deduct credits from your account.

  • Can I give my chatbots instructions?

    Yes. You can customize your chatbot to have different personas via our template-guided prompt engineering.

  • How can I add my chatbot to my website?

    You can embed an iframe or add a chat bubble to the bottom right of your website. To do that, create a chatbot and click "Embed on website".

    If you require additional help, let us know. We can embed on your site for a small fee.

    Yes, MightyBot offers two types of 14-day trials. For those looking to explore without any commitment, we have a 14-day free trial with limited functionality, no credit card required.

    Alternatively, you can dive into the full experience with a 14-day free trial on all plans, which does require a credit card but provides complete access to all our features.
